01 / Profile

Built inside the pressure of the tour.

Juan Pablo Pagano has built his career where elite sport is at its most demanding: on tour, between matches, through recovery, and inside the long process of returning to competition.

Trained in kinesiology and osteopathy at the University of Buenos Aires, his work brings preparation, manual therapy, recovery, and body awareness into one continuous performance system.

“An elite athlete without a kinesiologist is like a Formula 1 car without a mechanic.”

Inside the work

The match is visible. The preparation rarely is.

Early mobility. Breathing. Activation. Match support. Late recovery. The details change daily; the standard does not.

PO System

Created by Juan Pablo Pagano

A clinical framework connecting assessment, rehabilitation, and return to competition. Every intervention responds to the athlete’s body, load, and real competitive calendar.

Guiding principle

“We don’t treat the symptom. We treat the system creating it.”
Whole-system assessmentMuscular chainsMotor control
Four phases of the clinical protocolFrom assessment to competition
  1. 01

    Assess

Read the body as a system: movement, load, pain, and the patterns sustaining the problem.

  2. 02

    Restabilize

Restore mobility, reorganize support, and reduce compensation before adding intensity.

  3. 03

    Control

Integrate motor control and strength so the change holds under demand.

  4. 04

    Compete

Transfer recovery into training and build a controlled return to competition.
